What Materials Are Your Patches Made From?
A range of premium materials that have been carefully chosen to offer both durability and style are used to create our patches. We offer patches made of finely woven polyester, high-resolution printed materials, flexible PVC (rubber), or conventional stitched twill, depending on the design and intended purpose. Bright threads are stitched onto durable cloth to create embroidered patches, which give them a timeless, textured appearance. Due to their durability and waterproof nature, PVC patches are ideal for outdoor or tactical applications. While printed patches enable photorealistic images with flawless finishing, woven patches provide fine detail in a lightweight design. For a more upscale, fashionable look, we can provide real or imitation leather patches. Each patch can be customized with various backings like Velcro, iron-on, sew-on, or adhesive to suit your application. Whether you’re looking for functionality, fashion, or a bit of both, we use only trusted materials to deliver patches that are made to last.
