Patch damage: Please get in touch with us right away if any of your patches arrive damaged from delivery. We will recreate your order and need pictures of the damage for our records.
Custom patches created precisely according to your approved design: Since our patches are made to order, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges if the design is exactly what you requested. This covers circumstances in which, after approval, you determine that you dislike the finished design.
Errors on your part: If the error was caused by you, such as giving false information during the design process, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges.
Shipping delays: If the shipping carrier causes a delay in shipping, we are not liable.
